Seeking Portland Trip Advice
Hi,
I'm a relatively new member and this is my first
posting...
I've been carving limestone & marble off and on for
about 3 years. I'm contemplating a 2 week trip to
Portland, England for one of their stone workshops in
late September. I've been to their website so do have
basic info, but wanted to know if any of you have
attended the workshops and what you thought.
I appreciate any feedback or advice any of you may have.
Also, anyone who attended from the U.S., what mode(s)
of transportation did you use? (Flight to London and
then train? Or is there another way?)
Thanks in advance,
Janine
