hi jiang
you could apply for an MA course. the top london colleges are the royal
college, chelsea and goldsmiths
they have to take a certain number of foriegn students as the fees are
higher for foreign students. it's usually about half.
you should be able to look them up on the net. they are inteviewing now for
the autumn intake so you are probably too late for this year but it never
hurts to try.
