Help with choosing the appropriate stone
Marble and Alabaster certainly work up into a
high polish - but what surface do you mean to
polish? The sandblasted surface? Or do you mean
to create a contrast. I have tried sandblasting
marble and it does a nice job if you want to
etch a surface, but it will not create relief
without a lot of sand. Better to carve the stone
if that is what you want.
