Subject:
lathing
I am interested in combining lathed forms highlighted w/
carvings.
Potentially I would like to lathe marble (&,or, stones
w/ similar Moh's scale hardness), up to, & possibly
including granite.
I would like to know if someone could give me some
information on type(s) of material that could be used on
the tip of the lathing-cutting) tool.
I think something that I could braze (weld) on to a
steel shaft would be most versatile & cost effective.
Thank you very much.
