Dry Stacked Inca? Stone walls?

I remember hearing in the late eighties that the immense blocks of the
pyramids (some of the joints are as tight as .002") were cast concrete.
Recently, I came across Dr. Joseph Davidovits' book, The Pryramids: An Enigma
Solved.

I would be interested in thoughts/knowledge others may have on his theory
that the pyramids were cast stone.  His premise is certainly not accepted by
traditional Egyptologists, but he continues his research on his own.  His
