Ashmoleum Museum
Dear All
I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit to the Excellent
Cast Gallery at the Ashmoleum Museum in Oxford.(England)
In a rather unpromising building at the rear of the Museum
they have a treasure house of Plaster casts from Greek and
Roman sculptures, albeit that they are casts of casts.
An amazing feast for the eye awaits you.
Watch out for the rather funny opening hours.(no admission charge)
