flamed finish
What is the process for achieving a flamed finish on granite?
I just tried my propane plumbers torch on a polished piece of 1"granite with
no effect. Is the propane torch not hot enough? Should I be using an
oxy/acetelene torch?
Is this finish possible on slate or other types of stone?
p.s. I will wear a facemask for this operation.
