STORING STONE
I have for a number of years stored stone outside under tarpaulin,
raised up from the ground by wooden pallets.
I store mainly Alabaster and Polyphant.
A recent learning stone conversation indicated the possible hazards
of storing stone, when it is exposed to temperature changes and
possible dampness.
Should I individually wrap each piece of Alabaster?
Is there a 'rule of thumb' that I should follow?
