Greetings,
I don't know how things work in Romania, but in the US, we have community
colleges, which are public, and lower cost. If you have them, see what they
have in the art department. Other than that, I would recommend just trying it
on your own. Take a piece of stone, a chisel, and sculpt. Then use finer
tools, and eventually sand paper, use finer and finer materials until all you
are doing is polishing. Let the stone speak to you.
