alabaster and marble dust statues
Recently on my visit to Rome I found the streets and shops filled with
white statues made of marble dust, alabaster and some resin. And they
are all so inexpensive, and yet very very good to look at. With
excellent detail and finish. and they are as heavy as stone ones of
their corresponding size!
It's very impressive.
Could any one please tell me
1....... the exact composition of these?
2....... where exacly are they made?
3....... what is the procedure for making these?
thanks.
