slate carver
Dear Judy your book sounds just the ticket - you must let us know when its
available - thanks for your info - I know of Ifor Richards work but haven't
come across Bill Rice yet. One of the best Slate carvers in North Wales I
know is Meic Watts - he was trained by Jonah Jones - do you know of him?
The slate valleys project involves Corris, Nantle, Ogwyn, Peris and
Ffestinig valleys - there is more info on this I think on the Gwynedd
Council website http://www.gwynedd.gov.uk/
