I read your comments with great interest, as I use power tools on marble and
have the same consideration for neighbours as you do. I'd be very happy to
know just how exactly do you use a water spray, what kind of set up is
necessary &c.

The dust can be kept down with a water spray provided your power outlet is
GFCI protected and a good pair of ear muffs keeps the noise down to a dull
