internet resources
Thank you all for answering me. Specifically what I want to know is how
you use the internet in conjunction with stone sculpture. How has it been a
help,or a hindrance? How long have you been using the internet? do you have
any favorite(aside from this one which is the best) stone sights? and how
have these sights helped you. Then what kind of stone do you work? Do you
do it professionally or as a hobby? any information would be useful so feel
free to answer any or all of these questions.
Judy Brunswick, not necessarily for the paper but personally I would be
very happy to receive some info on slate. It is what I have started working
on and fallen in love with. I have found a road cut a little north of my
house that bares a great, thick dense vein of slate that is free for the
taking. I get free materials and the highway department doesn't have to
worry about build up of debris. I just finished a few pieces and have
found that clear shoe is a wonderful finish for slate. please feel free to
pass on any info about it that you have. also info about your book.
Thanks again everybody
Mike Davis
