Quarries in South Africa
Hello, Pilar,
thank you for your reply, and by the way for all the others. I was quite
thrilled to receive these answers as a first attempt through this
e-mail.Great.
Now, it's a step to think in terms of soapstone or granit. I am going to
try a visit to a granit quarry , but I still have to find adresses on
our way.
To take a tiny piece back (because of weight) would be great. Up to now,
I have been working with marble and only with hand tools. I bought my
tools in Carrara, good material, but will they agree with a very hard
stone...?As you have been working in small sizes also, may be you can
tell me .
