Color and polishing
Hello:
My name is Jeri and I'm fairly new to working with stone sculpture, I am
also self taught. For the most part I am learning in soap and alabaster,
small stuff so far. I have a question for the group. After sanding I have
been using an oven to heat my pieces up and then applying bee's wax then
polishing, now I would like to work on some larger size pieces of stone like
I said mainly alabaster and soap stone. Now that the pieces are to large to
heat in a oven how would you suggest I go about getting good color and a
high polish on the stone?
Thank,
Jeri
