Books on rocks
I am slowly becoming acquainted with the working properties of rocks in my
area, but I'm ignorant as to their details -- what they are called, how
they were formed, etc. We have two kinds of common rocks here, both are
soft, but they are of different colors. Can anyone recommend an
information source?
I live in western Kansas, if that matters.
