Never undercut your gallery. If you do, you'll find
yourself without a gallery.

If this person comes to you directly, because of a
referral by a gallery ... there are those that say you
should give the gallery the same cut as they would have
received had they sold it out of the gallery. Some
gallery contracts even stipulate this. Obviously, if
the person comes to you without having been referred by
a gallery, this doesn't apply.
