Hi Wayne
We are in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The school is Tesella Stone Carvers Inc.
This is the first year the school has been around although my instructor has
been teaching evening classes through the university and another local
college for a couple years. Phone number is 306-384-9022 and the instructor
is Rob Assie. It is a small school with only 5 students allowed in each year
of the two year course. Rob was trained at in England and worked in Europe
before returning home to Saskatchewan to teach and carve here. Check if Rob
knows anything about the stone you refer to.
