Gallery Partnerships
I believe they sell it for him but he sets his price and
they add 50% on top.
I agree with you though - no gallery should receive more for
an artwork than the artist themselves! To be honest I'm not
sure if I would feel comfortable with taking 50%, but then
as I said I haven't done the maths yet and this may be how
much most galleries needs to charge to survive.
