intro & question
Thanks everyone! the rubbing and mirror ideas seem like good ones....I
should have thought of that...I am trying to carve a semi-realistic head,
with a sort of near eastern look (mainly in the headress/hair). I was
speaking of making it roughly symmetrical just so it doesnt look poorly
done, but I also see the point about the sculpture becoming too sterile and
lacking "emotion". very stimulating.....I am off to carve! Thanks again!
