chisels for fine carving
Dear listers, I suppose its a somber day for posting, but perhaps if more
people carved we'd have fewer problems in the world. Well political musings
aside, I'm looking for a good set of small chisels for fine carving in
alabaster and wonderstone. I have a set made in China, but the metal is
poorly tempered and I've broken several (one by merely dropping it on the
floor). The chisels that I'm looking for should be ~ 1/8th to 1/4 of an
inch wide with varying blade angles. These are for hand carving not
pounding with a hammer. Any suggestions? cheers, g2
