Sources of slate
Another question! I am trying without much success to source slate in Ireland - either local or imported. It's possible to get roofing tiles, but nothing thicker, and nothing that people seem willing to cut to specified dimensions. Does anyone know of suppliers in Ireland, or of UK quarries that export small amounts?
