Dear Walter,
Thanks for the suggestion, I guess you are probably right bronze but
"Ramset" make an epoxy putty that is normally used for repairing things like
chipped concrete stairs etc much stronger than concrete, they usually make
very good products and are recommending it to me.
I'm a bit like you worry about these sorts of things because the haven't
been round long enough to know if they stand the test of time.
