Which glue to try?
If you are using loose grit instead of sandpaper, the easiest thing to do is
mix the grit in with your cheap $2.00 standard epoxy from your nearest
Wal-Mart. Add grit till you have a thick putty and then shape the putty
into whatever form you want. Insert wooden dowel and presto! I do it with
diamond grit all the time, it works like a charm.
Good luck,

I want to glue carborundum grits to little sticks so that I can sand in
difficult to reach places, I've tried PVA without much success.
