Moving Large Stones
Thanks for the info about the website, Stephen. I looked it up and have
ordered Mr Wallington's CD rom- I will let the list know what it is like
when it arrives (maybe after Christmas- maybe US listers can get one
sooner).
Have you ever become involved in a discussion about forgotten technology
(construction methods of Easter Island Aku-Aku, the Pyramids, Stonehenge,
etc.) and heard the subject of anti-gravity devices, or superior beings from
outer space introduced? I hope that Mr Wallington's research can vindicate
the elegance of ancient peoples' simple engineering solutions.
As for the safety incidents that you mentioned, I too have experienced
unconsciousness after manhandling a huge erection into place, but I don't
like to boast about it. Perhaps Mr Wallington could be nominated for a Dummy
Award at: http://craneaccidents.com/dummy/index.htm (congratulations to
Doyle Peeks for his self-deprecating if somewhat gruesome humour!!!). I
wonder how many ancient researchers were accidentally sacrificed in the name
of developing technology?
Regards,
Simon
