cathedral architects
When I was biking through France the summer before last, I stopped at
alot of monasteries and cathedrals. they did indeed have architectural
plans - very detailed ones. some of them were exhibited, but usually
not. There was a monastery outside of Orange in southern france that
was built in the elevnth century I believe that had lots of these
drawings in the basement -- very interesting. If you want to check
further into it, I'll see if I can pull up the name for you.
