Suppliers for stone for letter carving
Just a little note about letter carving. For those of you who whould be
sure of there letter carving and would like to travel to france. As I was
there last october-december I was told that the monument(mostly funerals) is
in shortage of letter carvers(called GRAVEUR over there) I'm sure you could
easily cover your travel cost but youwould probably need a working visa, or
at your risk, you could go as a visitor and buy tools there. I was told
that one could stand in a country cemetery with tools in hand and have work
for the next week or two just redoing the letters fading or doing the
additions needed on the stones. I thought I would let you know(by the way I
was in the Jura when I heard this).
