Monument Dealer's Manual
Simon,
I did a similar thing after finded monument builders manual in the office of
the company I started with . I copied the whole thing , and will have to dig
through old papers to find it. I think it was published in 1910. I'll pass
on more information when I find it. I don't think it was the same as what
you have. We'll see.
