more dust collection
About dust collection: I have a small studio (14x14 ft)... It is heated
with a ceramic wall heater, and I have a barn fan. The barn fan does clear
most of the dusty air from the studio, but I have to have the door opened at
the same time. When I open the door and turn the fan on, I have to reheat
the building. Because of the small space...I have to clear dust often. I
think that the barn fan would work better in a slightly larger building, and
in an area that doesn't have cold winters. Has anyone else tried this type
of fresh air intake, exhaust?
I have talked to guys that sell wood dust collectors. They researched their
books for something that could handle stone dust and couldn't find anything.
