transferring drawing onto stone
Thanks George, Bill, Marc & John
I particularly like the plaster of paris idea for drawing my original
drawing onto the stone. I have letters to transfer and some fairly detailed
drawing of a hummingbird and vines, so I would be able to use it with carbon
paper. Also like the idea of either the crayon or magnesium pencil for
marking as the carving progresses. May not need it when the stone is not
polished though.
p.s. I have to add my thoughts to others who have said how much they enjoy
this list. I have learned so much and the personal stories are great! You
are all an inspiration!
Thanks again!
Karen
