Bill,
Not to get off topic, but Vulcan has been there  a long time. Did they
have to repair him perhaps? A fews ago someone told me that a blue jeans
company (I think it was Levi-Straus) made a gigantic pair of blue-jeans for
him as a promotion. I believe his naked rear pointed toward the more
affluent section of town, an the residents felt like they were being mooned
on a grand scale. Personally, what always bothered me was his light. If it
was red, that meant somebody had died on the highway that day, if it was
green, nobody had so far. That light always made me nervous.
