Marble resistance to Weather +
I've found it costs about the same to go to Italy work in the best material,
have access to any kind of tool you would ever want, be with great people
from all over the world with similar interests, and ship the piece back
home. Although the recent drop of the dollar has somewhat complicated the
situation. American quarry operators need to be a little more sympatric to
artists and look a little more ahead instead of to immediate profits.
