saws
There are many ways to saw hard limestone or marble. The easiest and
most inexpensive is to buy a 14 in Chop saw and fit it with a 14 in
stone carburundum blade, you get a 5 in cut in most any dirrection,
and its blades are cheep while you do use them up quickly. . next is
using a 12 in diamond blade fitted with a FLANGE which attaches to a 10
or large electric grinder, the Flange allows the blade to be attached
without a nut and one can cut down the stone , break it off and
contionue to cut down on the stone without the nuts obstructing the cut
. Why any one would want a hand saw is beyond me. My diamond blades
cost in the $350 range and last me a couple years. if you want details
i'll look for company which i dont have handy, c.r.schiefer
