Yes Bill,
Kevin does have something there and I have thought of
doing so(drilling lots of hole and splitting) my self. I
figured I would have to make a jig to guide my drill to
keep the drilling in the same plane. Then split. But it
would be alot of wedges and shims, but then you probably
needn't wedge every hole.
On the diamond blade safety front. I have thought of
William Moore's explosion and looked at a flush mount
adapter and considered how that might well offer a less
stressful way to attach the blade to the spindle.
