sawing, the sequel
Hi there Simon,
TCT = Tungsten carbide tip, so just the 24".
Used them today to remove a piece 24" x 12" x 12" Bath Stone, after drilling
a series of holes along the 24" length. Sawed down as far as I could (or at
least until the scraping of knuckles became too painful to carry on, was
able to remove the block with a couple of wedges. Supporting it first with
my engine hoist.
There are four blocks each 24" x 24" x 24" brought together to give me 48" x
48" x 24" weighing in at just over 2 1/2 ton, it's gonna be a mer-maiden
(prepubescent, no boobies) riding a leaping dolphin and as many other sea
creatures as I can get in. For a local school's quite inner courtyard,
working title 'The Spirit of the Ocean'.
As JVC says
'Your friend in the dust'
Tony
