holding air hammers
Hi Norman,
4 hours is a long time first up, but you will get accustomed to it. I find
that every activity stretches a different set of muscles, so I'm always sore
somewhere.
Try alternating the air hammer with a different tool like a light hammer and
punch, or mallet and claw tool. Don't overdo it at first, then gradually
increase the length of the air bottle sessions- when you get tired, it is
natural to grip harder, making your hands sore more quickly.
Use a big air bottle for heavy work, and a light air bottle for delicate
work.
