Eric,
I'm from Raleigh- but currently stuck in Utah for a job assignment. Perhaps
in a year or so I'll return to the land of milk and honey.....then I'll take
you up on that dinner offer. It's always great to talk with other stone
carvers!
Also, you may or may not know that NC is home to a very large granite quarry
specializing in a beautiful white granite. If you're up to the challenge,
they are located about 2-1/2 hours from the RTP area in Mt. Airy (Also known
as Mayberry, home of Sheriff Andy Taylor and Barney Fife). Look them up at
