Hi Tracy,
Do you have photos of the original to guide you?
Lay all the pieces out on some flat boards so you can get an idea of how it
all fits together, number each piece and make a drawing.
If it is sandstone, it will require lime mortar, not hard cement mortar.
The lattice (tracery?) may need to be supported on timber centring cut to
the shape of the arch.
If the portal is to be freestanding, you may need a brick or stone support
each side, and substantial footings will be called for.
Enlist the help of a bricklayer or stonemason if you're not confident.
