Japanese Stonecarver
Now I understand what Bill meant by '... Jiro Sugawara. More mysterious
splittings hard to decipher on-line, but extremely impressive:".
Had me wondering for a while.
This one:
http://www.seiho-sya.co.jp/gallery/backnumber/g_s_sugawara/g_s_sugawara_top.html
has been worked in from the outside using hand & power tools, not split at
all.
The weathered exterior of the block is still intact. What a display of
arrogance - I love it!
Thanks, Bill.
