design and pitching
I carved the bird and the horse, cut in a little deep around them, and
pitched directly into the cut.
Walter,
I thought so !! As I was reading about the Jones memorial I was thinking......can't you just pitch it after carving the design ? I have always wanted to try this......question.......how do you NOT leave marks from the pitching wedge ? Granted they would not be huge but I don't see any on your bird or horse.....
