why carve?
I think the question of 'why' is centered around the imagination. For me it
is like putting the mind to task in sorting across many images and then
finding a focus, and then setting to work on manifesting something that
resonates with that ticklish energy of spirit. Much of the time this process
is to teach you how to become a more efficient and talented manifestor. The
'why' may also be related to an abundance of earth-signs in the natal chart,
a compulsion and drive to use the hands to make stuff.
