First thing is to figure out what the black spots are. There are different
ways to clean each different type of stain. They could be mildew (bleach
might help), paint (paint thinner), tar, oil, acidic stains from bird
droppings, crash and burn marks from UFO's....
So try to figure out what the "black" is, and that will guide you to the
answer....

site www.iliai.com have info on removing specific stains, and Fred Hueston
might have more on his site (?)
