Thanks for the compendium of drilling info. Kind of you to take the time.
I'm drilling a 2' thick block of Bardiglio marble, still (got
sidetracked by a hunk of white granite before I could get to it), lots
of holes close together to aid in splitting off a piece. I never could
get any response from those guys in the UK about the handsaw with TC
teeth, so I dropped back to plan B.
