Cheap vs. expensive rifflers and rasps
Typically the Chinese rasps are more coarse and irregular in tooth
size/shape. This makes them Ok to use for coarse stock removal, but not
with fine shaping or texturing. Most people use the Chinese ones until
they try the Italian ones and then never go back!
