how to sign stone sculpture
Hi to all, I have been trying to sign my sculptures and I am having a very
hard time, so I thought that maybe some of you can help me.
1- How to sign and what tool to use to do it. I am using a sears engraver.
2- Where to sign, considering I don't want my signature to distract from the
work.
3- Is just an letter ok or is it better a more telling signature?
4- Is a brass or bronze plaque on the base of the sculpture a good choice or
would it look tacky? I have seen it with bronze sculpture.
Thanks for any help any of you can give me...
Good carving to all...
