stone and metal
The liquid metals are literally a suspension material, usually resin,
filled with metal powder. It can be poured into a groove/channel/hole
and then it hardens. Silver can get very expensive, so most people use
aluminum or nickel silver, although the most popular is bronze. The
material can be rasped and sanded with the stone and then polished.
Below are the links to a variety of materials that will allow you to
accomplish this. If you have a specific application, please let me know
and I will spec the materials for you.
