Streaking Polish
Hi, I have been using Butcher's Wax to polish my stone and am getting
streaking like when you use cheap glass cleaner. I heat up the stone
and apply a very thin layer with an old soft t-shirt. Some sites have
said to let it dry 5 min. then buff. I'm wondering if I should apply
and buff immediately. I mostly work with soapstone and alabaster. I do
like the polish I get but not the streaking. I would appreciate any
suggestions since I am new to this and there is no one in my area to
mentor. Also, on the polishing note what is a good polish to use that
gives the stone a wet look? Thanks to any with advice.
