Problems with my flies
Dear All,
I wondered if you could help me? I am a carver/sculptor in the UK working
on sandstones and limestones. Most of the stones are light in colour and I
have encountered the problem of fly poo (faeces, sorry) being left on my
finished work. Does anyone know of a good way of removing it other than
taking the surface down (which can wreck a piece, especially lettering). Is
there a non-staining poltice I can useto draw the stain out? if so how? I
have tried most cleaning agents but does anybody have any suggestions?
Yours hopefully
Pete
