I agree with Craig on this one. Alabaster is too soft to use Feathers
and wedges on. You'll end up with a bunch of little pieces. Better to
saw it in half with a reciprocating saw, or a masonery blade on a Skill
saw, or even a hand saw made for wood will work. It will take longer,
but you'll end up closer to where you want to be.
