Subject:
source of limestone sought
Hello.
I am organizing a Stone Carving workshop in Charleston, South
Carolina in November and wonder if any of you can suggest a source of
soft limestone in that part of the country.
There also will be a Stonemasonry workshop offered. The workshops
will take place concurrently in the week preceding STONEWORK
SYMPOSIUM 2004, the fourth annual gathering of the Stone Foundation.
Information about these events is available at
http://www.stonefoundation.org. The Symposium should be of considerable
interest to carvers, sculptors, masons and aficionados.
